This is a stunning natural yellow sapphire and diamond custom wedding band, the band has been set perfectly with yellow round cut sapphires and set with seventy round cut brilliant diamonds giving this wedding band a total gemstone weight of 1.40 ct's. This is a full custom made ring that we can make in your exact size as well as your choice of pink or yellow sapphire is you prefer not to have blue sapphires set.
