This is a beautiful natural blue cushion cut Ceylon sapphire which we have set into our custom 18 kt white gold and diamond ring setting flanked by 2 baguette cut diamonds on each side of the sapphire along with 76 round cut diamonds set as a halo around the sapphire and on each side of the ring band, the sapphire has a window which can be seen if held off set against strong light.
