Rich vivid blue 5.07 ct oval cut untreated sapphire set into our custom made 18kt white gold diamond ring hand set with 44 round brilliant cut diamonds as a halo around the sapphire and down both sides of the split band with a custom made gallery with two round cut sapphires set on each end of the halo at 0.10 ct's.
